If I rate this rental a little harshly, here are the reasons: Kitchen area too cramped and no storage possible for a good quality of stay Velux blind broken upon our arrival, repair 2 days before our departure Hotplate broken after a week, I made do with a camping hob on the pretext that we don't cook on vacation.... Not to mention a minimalist fridge with no light, a bathroom mirror that comes off...

The apartment itself is quite nice, very well placed and functional. The secure parking space is a big plus. However, the whole apartment would need maintenance and cleaning: the air vents covered in dust, the edge of the shower cubicle of dubious color, the floor in the toilets... Etc. etc

The apartment is very centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The fact that this apartment has a parking space in the underground car park is very pleasant. What was to complain about is that the cutlery was not clean and there was no light in the kitchenette. Otherwise everything was very good.

Mold in the bathroom!!! No closet to hang blouses. Except for one in the bathroom, I didn't want to hang my blouses there because of the humidity. Otherwise it was still dusty and the windows were dirty. Unfortunately there is no balcony. The laundry must be dried in the apartment. The location is great and there is a car park which is a lot of value in Dinard
