The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Smart TV, DVD player, Xbox 360, and digital radio. The bedrooms have TVs and consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a twin, serviced by a wet room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop, restaurant and a pub in 0.1 miles, and a beach in 0.3 miles. For a central seascape to Cornwall, choose Pebbles as your base. Note: Whilst the apartment rests on the ground floor, it is accessed via a flight of external steps; please take care. Area
A little, peaceful coastal community called Downderry can be found in southeast Cornwall. Downderry has a safe beach, a Post Office, a store, a deli, a tavern on the cliff top, and a fantastic restaurant that serves top-notch regional cuisine. A family-friendly south facing beach can be found in Seaton, and the nearby Seaton Valley Countryside Park and Nature Reserve is home to a variety of wildlife, including otters and kingfishers. At low tide, it is possible to walk along the beach from Downderry to Seaton.
