No information on our arrival regarding the information of the residence. The lady at the reception was not pleasant and did not know anything that she forgot to ask us for the deposit check. No statement on entry and neither at the end The 2 apartments that we had were horrible (degradation and a lack of hygiene) Swimming pool lack of space no deckchair, incivility and a lack of hygiene (people fully dressed in the water, children naked or in diapers (lack of hygiene) and no supervision.
