Unfortunately, it's very dirty. The furniture is very hodgepodge (old and worn). It desperately needs renovation. Kitchen utensils need to be checked more closely for cleanliness. We had to clean everything before we could use it. The location and layout of the apartment are great. Two balconies are fantastic; you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning and drink coffee on the other side in the afternoon.
