Neighbourhood

Just 250 metres from the seafront and the iconic Hotel Negresco, Le Joli is perfectly placed for an early morning stroll or even swim, if you can tear yourself away from the balcony. A 3-minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to Jardin Alsace- Lorraine, a leafy haven where locals watch the world go by, children play in one corner and slender palm trees tower overhead. In addition to the quintessential boulangerie at the end of the road, you have the convenience of being just off one of the main arteries of the city, Bld Gambetta, where there are local shops; from chocolatiers to supermarkets, great local restaurants and buses galore. What's more, the pedestrianised centre of Nice, spilling over with even more restaurants and shopping opportunities, is a mere ten-minute walk away. It also overlooks the only church in Nice which offers Mass in English, St Pierre d'Arène.

Public Transport

The 99 airport bus runs from the Airport along the Promenade and terminates at the train station. Get off at bus stop 'Gambetta - France' and you are a few minutes away from your doorstep.
