Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 309. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Small parking with sidewalk access.

The accommodation itself was fine, standard, clean and almost as described. The booked Wifi and the towels have room for improvement in terms of quantity and quality. The parking lot was actually an impertinence. On-site service impeccable The object from the outside needs a general renovation - but did not detract from the feeling of well-being in the apartment. We have known Mimizan for over 20 years, always happy, great vacation overall

The apartment is unique in its location and has an indescribably beautiful view of the Courant's estuary. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. But that's not quite true, a small oven would be a dream, so the apartment would be complete. Unfortunately, a microwave has its limits. But it is not a "must". I fo to the homeowner: The roof cladding would have to be renewed so that unwelcome residents don't move in.

This accommodation is really very nice, the view of the Atlantic is a dream. The apartment is spacious, enough cupboards to store. Only the fridge is very small, we were 3 people, it was just about right, but with 5 people it is very tight. The kitchen is very well equipped. Super clean. Beds are perfect too. In general, the facility is a bit outdated, few sockets, the balcony urgently needs to be renovated, rotten wooden beams, plaster is falling off. Otherwise GREAT!

Rental in line with our expectations, very clean and very well located. The handover of the keys was not easy at the start because I did not receive the email of explanation. This does not take away from the good telephone reception. We had a great weekend.

Apartment well located but: - very noisy from 2 a.m. - lack of air conditioning because it is impossible to sleep with windows closed - toilets with electric grinder (very very average these days!!) - cruel absence of an oven - electricity to be completely reviewed ( danger limit!!)

Spacious apartment with great views from the large balcony and central location, but apartment dated, needing maintenance, especially the crumbling balcony wall plaster. Can be noisy at night due to outside bar directly in front of property.

Very well located apartment with a beautiful sea view. The space in the apartment is more than sufficient, only the shower is not equipped for people of 1.80 m. We were there after the season, at the end of September and therefore a quieter period.

The parking lot is an impertinence. Luckily only a few apartments were occupied and we were able to use another parking lot. The apartment and especially the view are great.

A great apartment, although the stairs are indeed quite steep and therefore dangerous for children and the elderly. A magnificent view, we enjoyed it very much. We will return....
