This second-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box and a living/dining room with a TV, seating and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom. This apartment has access to a gym, indoor swimming pool and games room. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture, decking and lawned area. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, an on-site bar and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 32 makes a lovely base to explore the Sussex coastline. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.

Littlehampton has two beaches, a marina, and harbour. Coastguard beach flies the International Blue Flag and Quality Coast Flag. This busy south coast town offers year-round deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. The sandy east beach has indoor and outdoor attractions for all ages, while the untouched west beach offers secluded sand dunes and fantastic wildlife. Littlehampton has restaurants, pubs, and shops for all tastes and ages, and the Look and Sea Centre, which traces the town's maritime history and has an 80-foot viewing tower, is a great family outing. Littlehampton is ideally located for visiting the south and west Sussex coastline, including historic dockyards, Roman villas, the Weald and Downland Museum, vineyards, public gardens, and Goodwood with motorsport and horse racing. Littlehampton offers easy access to Chichester, Arundel, and Brighton.

Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times. We currently operate a booking system for these facilities, and these can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply).
