Holiday home This second-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dining seating for six and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Flat 34 makes a lovely escape to the Sussex coast. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted at sites with registration paperwork; however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property. Prior agreement from centres will be required. Paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: No facilities to charge electric cars on site; use of plug sockets and extension leads is not allowed. Note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.

Area The seaside village of Littlehampton has two beaches, a thriving marina, and a harbour. Over the Coastguard beach, the International Blue Flag and Quality Coast Flag are flown. This bustling seaside town on the south coast offers year-round access to all types of water sports, including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. While the west beach, located on the other side of the river Arun, is undeveloped and protected and offers isolated sand dunes and wonderful wildlife, the sandy east beach offers indoor and outdoor entertainment for visitors of all ages. The town of Littlehampton has a wide variety of eateries, bars, and retail establishments to suit the needs of people of all ages and tastes.
