A very noisy building with two ground-floor apartments and one upper-floor apartment. The upper-floor apartment was occupied/rented on a day-to-day basis, and therefore, in addition to the noise of the upper-floor tenants, was often cleaned by service personnel as early as 8:00 a.m. (not suitable for late risers). The outdoor areas are very beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. Due to the numerous mosquitoes, they are hardly usable, especially in the evenings. The location is beautiful and secluded, as we requested.

Fantastic location in the green and peaceful countryside yet just a few kilometers from the sea, amenities, and Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia, and Punta Ala. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort and perfect for wheelchair users like my daughter. The owner is extremely kind and available for any needs. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun holiday.

The holiday apartment was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. Everything was clean. The beds were freshly made, there were plenty of clean towels and even a couple of rolls of toilet paper were provided. There were problems with the fly screens on the windows and doors. Very cheap! When opening them you had to be careful that they didn't fall out completely. There was also a blockage in the bathroom which was very unpleasant because everything from the toilet came up into the shower. But they reacted quickly and fixed it. Otherwise it was OK.

Perfect holiday home, spacious, clean and with all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday. Very kind and welcoming hosts, always available for everything. They also delighted us with products from their agricultural production. All perfect. The house is located in the real countryside but 2 km away you already have the first equipped or free beach.
