For more peaceful excursions, head to the nearby market town of Brecon (2 miles), which is filled to the brim with history, charm and most importantly excellent places to eat and drink. Don t be afraid to return from your adventures with muddy boots and wet coats, heading straight into the handy utility room to make use of washing machine, tumble dryer and the sink. Once you ve dried off and settled in, feel free to discover the generous farmhouse kitchen, which comes equipped with a hob and fan oven, larder style fridge, freezer and microwave, as well as a vast breakfast table comfortably seating ten.
