Take a canoe out on the water with Celtic Canoes (12 miles), who run guided sessions as well as canoe hire and experience the Welsh countryside from a different perspective. And when you re worn out and need a little indulgence, book a table at the nearby pub, less than 1 mile down the road, for some fine dining. The cottage is deceivingly spacious and has beautiful decor that is sympathetic to this 18th century property. Rich parquet flooring and cosy rugs in the living room welcome you to sink into the sofas in front of the wood burner while you enjoy some TV. You ll find everything you need in the bright and airy kitchen/diner that has fantastic views from the window; sit and enjoy meals around the large dining table while you plan your day together. There s a utility room with a sink, washing machine and drying area, making it the perfect place to store muddy boots after a day out walking. You ll also find a separate WC on the ground floor.
