Tlws Bach is a charming, semi-detached cottage set mostly over the ground floor, one mile from the village of Roch in Pembrokeshire. There are three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and a master king-size double on the first floor, all together offering accommodation for up to five people. There's also a bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with dining area. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, plus a garage for an additional car or cycle/kayak store etc, along with ample roadside parking nearby. A front lawned area and a rear lawned garden with patio and furniture provides a superb space for alfresco dining. Tlws Bach sits in a well-kept development of similar properties, offering wonderful holiday accommodation.

Mostly ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast table (seats 2). Sitting room with dining area.

Area
Situated in the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park, the lovely village of Roch is home to a well-stocked local shop. The surrounding countryside boasts an abundance of picturesque walks, cycle paths and fantastic beaches, offering a fun day at the seaside.

Region
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels and cot linen. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car plus garage for 2 car or boat, cycles, kayaks and ample, unrestricted private roadside parking outside. Front lawned area plus large enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Blue Flag beach 4 miles. Note: King-size double has sloped ceilings with some reduced head height.

The area is stunning, with so much wildlife to see and beautiful places to walk.. The house is very comfortable for a family and has everything you need.

A lovely cottage that soon felt like a home from home.. However we were disappointed to find the lounge area had not been cleaned. There was milk on the floor under the table and hair and crumbs around the sofas. Attention had obviously been given to the kitchen, bathrooms and beds which had all been cleaned/changed. We had a great time in Pembrokeshire and would definitely be visiting again.

Great location in a quiet place Accommodation as we expected and as there was only two of us we managed with having only one bathroom.. Lovely to be able to stay for only 4 nights when a lot of places state a minimum of 7 nights. We were not impressed finding the sitting area had not been cleaned despite a note from the cleaner stating cleaning had taken place two days prior to our stay. We did contact the owner and shared what we had found ie crumbs on chairs and under table along with human hair, dust on every piece of furniture including the DVD player Lovely wild area in the garden to encourage bees and butterflies but we timed our stay wrong as the grass had not been cut. Due to the length of the lawn it encouraged bees and therefore if a family stayed with small children it would not have been safe to let them on the grass.

We had some difficulty positioning the shower as we wanted it but the cottage was comfortable, quiet and really a home from home.. This was our second visit and can't wait to go back again.

This house in great, has every thing you need ( apart from upstairs ensuite). 5 minutes to Newgale beach,10 to nearest town,in a quiet new cul-de sac, if you want piece & quiet this is the place to stay.

My wife and I rented this property in September.. On arrival we found the property to be clean and easy to operate. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances. There was a fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, all of which worked well. The halogen hob was highly efficient and the electric oven was spotless – always a good sign. The spacious living / dining room had two comfortable settees and chair as well as a table which could comfortably seat six. The bed rooms were relatively spacious with adequate storage. The shower in the bathroom was particularly powerful and there was always plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. There were many features of this property which indicated the care and thought the owners have given to ensure the well being of guests. There is a selection of DVDS and leaflets about things to do in the local area. We enjoyed our visit to south-west Wales immensely, with its opportunities to walk its coastline and explore its many beaches.

We had a lovely holiday, the house was comfortable and suited our needs, though the master bed was a bit creaky and too soft (for my back).. The house could do with having a tumble dryer or indoor clothes airer - we washed sheets but it rained while we were out and then there wasn't any way to dry them! Would happily stay again in the future. Thanks.

Tlws Bach is a lovely cottage with spacious comfortable accommodation.. The owner has provided everything that might be needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with the owner and with Sykes was excellent, and our stay was entirely problem free. Big benefits include fast, free wifi (sadly, I need to stay in touch with my office even when I'm on holiday!) and ample parking space - there's even a garage, although we didn't use it. There's a private grassed area at the rear of the cottage with a picnic table. I'm sure it would be pleasant to sit out there in warm weather, but unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough during our stay. Other bonuses were friendly neighbours and at least two friendly local cats! This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at Tlws Bach, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for pleasant, comfortable accommodation close to the glorious Pembrokeshire coast.

All good and very much as presented in the literature.. Overall an excellent choice of accommodation, which enabled us to have a superb week in Pembrokeshire. Would certainly recommend to anyone we know who is considering visiting the area.

The house had everything we could possibly need, only thing missing was a tea pot - after I had bought one we found that there was one in the top cupboard where I couldn't see it - that's the trouble with being five feet nothing! !

A stunning holiday cottage in a quiet rural location that was only a few minutes drive from the beach, as well as a handy base for exploring Pembrokeshire.. On arrival, everything was spotless and our key collection couldn't have been easier. A huge bonus for us was the garage where we stored our kayak and surfboards on days when we didn't use them.
