The holiday and the cottage were very good, your support team is also excellent (James): sorting out a problem on a Sunday morning with the operation off the electric cooker; we have all gas.. Everything else went smoothly for the rest of the week.
Agreement Policy
When I booked the bungalow first I only booked it for 4 days, then because I have always been pleased with your service I carried on looking for another bungalow for later in the year, when I came across the bungalow I had booked and found out that I could have the week for the same price, so I contacted you straight away and ask to change it to the week: only to be told that I would have to pay an extra £30. I could have understood the charge if I had cancelled, or wanted to change the date, but to be charged just to add on 3 days I think this is a bit much on your part seeing it was out of season booking.
My wife and friends have several cottages a years, and we have always been pleased with your service, but in future we looking around at other companies as well.
