Outside, there is a sloped garden with a lawn and picnic bench, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.6, a pub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and highchair available. Enjoy a tranquil stay at Tŷ Mellen with panoramic mountain top views out to sea. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the property due to grazing sheep. Note: There is a farm lane/track leading up to the property that passes through three gates. Note: There are sloped ceilings and beams in the twin bedroom, please take care.
