You ll find it hard to leave this idyllic location, where you have access to footpaths that will guide you across the local countryside, you can enjoy views across the Usk Valley and Welsh Mountains as you meander across the meadows.

And at the base of the hill you have the vibrant market town of Monmouth, with its mixture of elegant Georgian mansions and Victorian courtyards, offering shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is also rich in heritage, with many castles including Monmouth, Goodrich and Raglan Castles, and numerous beautiful churches including the remains of the stunning Tintern Abbey, just a short drive away.
