The Sugar Loaf, one of the most popular peaks in the area, is located just four miles from the cottage, and is a great place to enjoy a challenging hike, following the National Trust s Sugar Loaf Circuit. There are plenty more gentle walks in the area for those who simply want to take in the breath taking scenery, as well numerous opportunities to have a go at canoeing, abseiling, and caving.
