stayed for 3 nights in December 22 property looked lovely on entering.
We decided to use the oven when we arrived and it was really dirty, then we started to notice how dirty the property was mould all over the windows, windows leaking upstairs. dirty all around the edges of the rooms.
We had no heating upstairs for the first night so I contacted the owner it was about 11pm. Owner got back to us and someone came out around 6pm on the Saturday and the heating was fixed. However the fire in the living room is run on Bio ethanol oil and there was none in the property, We asked for some and the maintenance man said the owner has not ordered it. The room was really cold.
I mentioned about the oven to the maintenance man who replied yes it is dirty would I like someone to come and clean! I advised we are on holiday we don't want someone coming to the property and cleaning whilst we were there.
I took this up with Sykes on return and they contacted the owner they dismissed the cleanliness of the property and tried to blame us for pulling out something from behind the toilet upstairs!!! They also said because I did not take it up whilst I was there then they would not look in to it. Firstly the property should be clean in the first place. The owner has took no responsibility in the cleanliness of the property and the pictures which I upload were also send to the owner who has not even apologised.
This is really unacceptable not to even acknowledge the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend anyone staying here with ill health due to the mould in all the bedrooms upstairs.

We stayed here as a family of 9 for 2 nights. What a beautiful house, a lot of love and care has gone into it. The house has the right balance of being stylish but also really cosy and warm at the same time. The house was always nice and warm with the underfloor heating going down well with all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there. The beds are really comfy with all of our guests having a comfortable couple of nights. We absolutely loved the hot tub, we fit 5 adults and 2 children in it easily...the lights on it were brilliant at night along with the ability to connect our music to it via Bluetooth. Only slight sort of negative was that the water pressure in the shower was weak when someone was using the bath upstairs at the same time. But thankfully didn't have a drastic effect on our stay. Thank you for giving us your beautiful home for the two nights, would definitely book again!

This house is amazing, fully equipped, comfortable beds, and clean as a whistle, the decor is beautifully done, it is spacious enough for 6 people, hot tub and sun deck are an added bonus. Would book again without hesitation.
