Trigfa Cottage is a pleasant detached bungalow near Abersoch in North Wales. It has two bedrooms including a double and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen, sitting room with a multi-fuel stove and a sun room with an electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a rear courtyard with furniture. Trigfa Cottage is a splendid cottage in a beautiful location.

Area
Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region renowned for scenery and walking. The village, situated between two bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales. Shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafés. There's a golf course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also nearby. Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a selection of beaches in the area, including Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Trigfa Cottage is in a great location for exploring the wonderful Llyn Penninsula.. As walkers we spent our 4 day break completely car free and made use of the fantastic Coastal Bus (£2 per journey, allows dogs,doesn't run Tuesday and Wednesday) to travel to Aberdaron. There are delightful and relatively non challenging walks to the stunning Porth Ceiriad (approx. 1 mile) and a couple of interesting walking routes into Abersoch which avoid the main road. Less than a mile away by foot is The Sun Inn, some of the finest fish and chips I have enjoyed in a long time and very much appreciated after a walk around the headland to Hells Mouth.

Lovely clean and well appointed cottage.. Everything thought of to make the stay special. A real home away from home. A few minutes drive out of Abersoch, but we'll worth the effort. The only thing missing was a dish washer. We will certainly look to rent this cottage again if we stay in the Abersoch area. A real little gem.

The one down side was that the property was a little further out from Abersoch .... The one down side was that the property was a little further out from Abersoch than expected, however this proved not a problem for us as we had two cars and could shuttle run ewith them
