Over three floors. Three Bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king size bed, 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x second floor super king bed, 1 x second floor bunk room available on request.. Second floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC, ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor kitchen and sitting room, with dining area at the back, large windows looking over the sea and a south facing balcony (please note that stairs are required to access these rooms and there is no toilet on this level - so may not be accessible for some disabilities). There is a launderette about 50 yards away from the property opposite the school which is open most days

This market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula offering a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina. As one of the most scenic regions of Wales, this town is appreciated for its scenery, coastal walks, beaches and golf courses. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and Abersoch, a harbour town also renowned for its beaches and watersports facilities. There is there is a launderette about 50 yards away from the property opposite the school which is open most days.

11 Min Y Mor provided a perfect base for us to visit friends and family in Pwllheli.. With a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from the living room and top bedroom, it had plenty of bedrooms although we only used two of them. It had all the facilities we needed, except maybe a washing machine. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend it.

This town house was great being across the road from the beach made going for a swim so easy.. The views from the balcony were stunning all the way from Abersoch round to Harlech It was also a nice short walk into Pwllheli. We will definitely use this again.

The window did not open in the 2nd floor main bedroom which would have been helpful during the heatwave.. There is only 1 shower, for a property sleeping 8 that might be a problem. Otherwise all good thanks

Sykes were very easy to deal with and the house was good value for money.. One or two inaccuracies in the description e.g. there was no washer/dryer when one was listed. All in all though, very satisfied.

The house is in the most splendid location opposite the beach.. We went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the sea. Inside some areas need a little bit of an update (chipped crockery, tired lounge suite) but the beds were very comfortable with quaility linen, soft towels provided, fab smart tv, great bathroom and nice carpeting throughout. We had a splendid week and would love to visit again.
