Three further steps lead up to the first floor where you will discover a marvellous living room that s perfectly tailored to socialising with its comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, SONOS Bluetooth speaker and seating in the bay windows. Prepare to watch your favourite films over a bowl of buttery popcorn, or simply sit down by the window and gaze out to sea. The first of the four bedrooms is also on this level, a pretty twin room with bedside storage and a small cupboard. The landing also features a rear door that is for emergency access only.
