This beautiful barn conversion is set on private farmland just outside the small village of Bancyffordd.

There is a village shop and pub under two miles away and Llandysul can be reached in just under four miles, which offers a selection of shops and local pubs to enjoy. There are plenty of countryside and local walks to explore from your doorstep, but if you fancy a day at the seaside, head for New Quay (19 miles) for a day out and enjoy some fish and chips or ice cream on the harbour wall where dolphins can often be spotted in the bay.
