It is halfway between the market town of Newcastle Emlyn, with its variety of antique and independent shops, pubs and cafes, and the lovely Llandysul, steeped in history and Welsh culture. Visit the National Wool Museum and Newcastle Emlyn s castle. Explore the Teifi River, the Ffynone and Cenarth Waterfalls, the history of coracle fishing and wildlife watching or sea fishing boat trips from New Quay harbour. The coastline is surprisingly close, with the seaside resort of Aberporth, a great starting point to visit pretty towns and villages along the Cardigan Bay such as New Quay and picture perfect Aberaeron. The lounge is very welcoming after a full day out with comfy sofa to relax on, Smart TV/DVD and an electric coal effect fire for cosy nights in. Walk through to the kitchen/diner flooded with natural light. A lovely space to rustle up a meal with your local purchases made on your travels. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round to enjoy their meal with views into the garden. There are three bedrooms to choose from, all designed for a good night s sleep: An open staircase leads you to the first floor, you will find the lovely double bedroom with exposed beams adding to its charm, further down the corridor is a cosy single room. Head on up to the second floor to the spacious super king size bedroom. Regret no children under 4 years old (due to the open staircase to the bedroom). Start the day with a leisurely shower in the stylish shower room with a double sized shower and WC. Outside there is your very own patio area with a table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. The attractive lawned communal grounds include three separate gardens and seating areas. The raised deck overlooking the stream with its table and chairs, is a lovely spot to enjoy a picnic and listen to the babbling Nant Bargod. There is private off road parking for only one car opposite the cottage.
