Swallow Cottage is a lovely large property in Llanboidy set just six miles from St Clears and can sleep eight people. This all ground floor property has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two single bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of the covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Swallow Cottage is an ideal holiday base for all the family. Three dogs welcome. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October

Private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable BBQs, telescopic enclosed heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Note: This cottage is all ground floor so may be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool with telescopic pool enclosure, available April to October only( from 2020 only). Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment). Note: Large open raised lily pond in grounds. Note: Children to be supervised due to open pond, lake and swimming pool. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Check-out time 9:30am.

We've had a fantastic time, the cottage was very clean, kitchen well equipped and the surrounding area was stunning.. Definitely have to come back in the summer when the pool is open. When we arrived at the cottage we have realized that we forgot to take our cot bed, that was not a problem and we have received a high chair and cot bed within 5 minutes of asking for it.

Owners greeted us as soon as we pulled up.. we had a Tesco delivery waiting for us .if i quiet get away is what your after this is your place. please take advantage of the grounds. the fishing pool was so good did not catch anything but had fun trying. heated pool was good used it everday. going to to beach Pendine is a must very clean. eat at the springwell inn food was fantastic, if you have a small appitate eat from kids menu.

I would highly recommend this property, the owners are lovely and very welcoming, ensuring we had a everything we needed.. Rob even arranged for the local pub to open the kitchen when we arrived to serve us food which we all appreciated after our long journey. The property was extremely comfortable, well equipped with everything, 'a home away from home', in a beautiful location, with plenty of walks and a large selection of activities to keep children and adults entertained.

Enjoyed our holiday.. Owners were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely lake in the grounds that you can walk around so plenty of exercise for our dog. Swimming pool is a bonus and kept the big kids entertained.

We have been several years ago to the same place and it did not disappoint this time.. The cottages are in a beautiful setting. The children enjoyed the pool and the dog enjoyed the freedom of the estate. The whole setting is very peaceful and a good place to wind down.

Cottage holiday was good, swimming pool and play equipment was enjoyed by all.. great exploring the grounds and woods in a lovely rural setting. The only downside was flies in the kitchen and a fly electrocuter would have been very welcome. all other aspects of the cottage were very enjoyable.

Brilliant cottage , very well equipped .. Swimming pool was excellent . Very spacious cottage,with little extra left by owner so you could have a cup of tea or coffee ,with biscuits when you arrived .

Nothing, we had a lovely time, the owners really looked after us well, we had two very elderly relatives with us 90 and 95 years and the owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed to make it comfortable for them.. They even provided wheelchairs and, because the weather was so bad, offered to let us stay on until the weather cleared at no extra cost. It was a beautiful location in huge grounds with lakes and outdoor covered heated pool, (although it wasn;t open this time of year), but we had a wonderful early morning and late evening walk around the grounds which was both invigorating and calming. A lovely pre spring break, just what was needed.

Swallow Cottage is in a lovely part of Wales. The grounds were superb and the location is suitable for all ages, young and old. The on site pool was great, especially on a hot Welsh day! The cottage was spacious enough for our group of 8. Would recommend for large families or group getaways.
