This mostly ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of a covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Sandpiper Cottage is a wonderful cottage for a fun-filled holiday. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October

Great cottage.. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and the enclosure made it Welsh weatherproof. Many thanks to Rob for the cleaning between each private session to make it C-19 safe. The grounds are extraordinary with full acces to explore.

The holiday was everything Sykes said it was going to be with the exception of how the owners went out of their way to make it a special stay.. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt as if we were personal friends of theirs within a day or so.
