Llety'r Llwynog is a detached stone-built cottage in the village of Llanfallteg just five miles from Narberth. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king-size double bedroom, one double and one twin and a wet room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a garden with patio and furniture. Situated in Pembrokeshire, Llety'r Llwynog is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Area
The bustling town of Narberth is a delight to discover with its many individual shops, including upmarket boutiques, specialist deli grocers and unique gift shops, and a wide choice of restaurants, bistros and pubs can be found in and around the town. Queen's Hall, Narberth's leading cultural and arts venue hosts a variety of concerts, plays and events, which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

We’ve stayed in quite a few Sykes properties and this was exceptional.. Incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owners were lovely, helpful and there if needed.

We picked a very cold, wet and windy week for our visit, but the cottage is beautiful, well equipped and very warm. It’s in a good position for visiting the surrounding areas and the hosts are delightful.

This cottage is one of the best we have stayed at.. It was wonderful to have an extensive and well equipped kitchen with such good quality utensils. The whole cottage was done with taste and high quality throughout.There was a 13th century church at the bottom of the garden also.It would be great to have a bit of history about it for visitors. We really loved this place.

The booking process was quick and easy.. The cottage was amazing - it’s our second stay there. It is perfectly situated for exploring all the area has to offer. It’s a real home from home too with all you need for a great self catering stay. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and the owners are there if you need them without being intrusive. This is an excellent cottage that is suitable for all ages.. The layout and facilities are good for those with age related or mobility problems, flat even floors, large easily accessible shower, spacious bedrooms but is modern and airy enough to suit a family with children or couples.

The cottage is charming and is more than well equipped.. The baby items requested were of an extremely high standard as was all the bedding etc. The welcome pack was very generous. We did not want to leave this lovely place. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Lovely, cosy cottage which had everything we could possibly want.. Lovely welcome goodies on arrival. About a mile from the main road which runs from St Clears to Haverfordwest. Wi-Fi & Full Sky package + Netflix too. Great base for West Wales :-) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

We stayed for a week in this excellent cottage. It was spacious, clean and well equiped. The location was lovely with Narberth town just a short car ride away. Tenby was easily accessible with plenty of attractions to keep the whole family entertained. A delightful getaway for adults and children. Excellent base. We will be back.

Byron and Donna made us all very welcome in their lovely cottage.. Everything had been thought of, easy access for those of us with mobility issues, even sky movies and net flix. Saundersfoot was lovely with easy access too. We highly recommend this holiday to everyone. Just wish we didn't live so far away

We really enjoyed our stay in Lleyt'r Llwynog, and we will go back some time, maybe later this year.. The cottage had everything, and more than we expected. We arrived to find a bowl of flowers, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, Welsh Cakes, a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. It was so warm and inviting. The only thing I would suggest, is that, Sykes add to the directions, that in Llanddewi Velfrey, look for the road signposted Llanfallteg, (if coming from St. Clears, it is right hand turn, if from Narberth, it is a left hand turn). We were looking for the Hump bridge while in Llanddewi Velfrey.

From the start making this booking was great as the Sykes website was easy to use and provided all the relevant information.. Quite often when we search for holidays/breaks, we are given accommodation that does not cater for our family of 5. Sykes only showed us accommodation suitable for our needs. Llety'r Llwynog was really lovely. We could not fault it in any way. The property was decorated and furnished beautifully and was very well equipped. The hosts provided a lovely welcome pack and we didn't want for anything (except to stay longer!!). They were friendly and let us know where to find them, but left us to enjoy our break. The cottage was ideally situated for exploring Barafundle Bay, Narberth and Tenby. All round a fabulous mini break experience.

The communication with the vendor before our stay was very good.. We were informed that we could enter the cottage earlier, as there was no one there the previous week, which was very helpful. The directions which were sent to us were very accurate and easy to follow. The cottage was very clean, spacious and well equipped with some unexpected goodies which were very welcome. There was a information folder which was very helpful explaining how everything worked and also local information. I stayed here with four other female friends and were all very happy. I would recommend this cottage to others as there were not complaints at all

Beautiful cottage, out in the countryside.. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The decor was very tasteful and to a high standard; the linen was of a good quality and clean, the towels were large, thick and soft. The kitchen utensils and general equipment was plentiful, in good condition and far more than you would expect for a holiday let. Overall a superb cottage that we are likely to book again in the future.
