This single-storey cottage can sleep four people and has one double and one twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed front patio with furniture and a rear lawned garden. Ffynnonlwyd Cottage is a lovely base for your Welsh holiday.

Area
The small town of St. Clears in Carmarthenshire is situated between the town of Carmarthen, and the coastal Pembrokeshire resorts. St. Clears has a number of shops and eateries, and holds a number of activities and festivals throughout the year. In the area around St. Clears, there are good walking, fishing and golf at Heron's Brook, children's activities at Folly Farm, and family fun at Oakwood Theme Park. Also within easy reach are the Gower Peninsula and the Brecon Beacons.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Sorry, no smoking anywhere on the premises and no pets. Shop and pub 4 miles. Restaurant 2.5 miles. Note: Rear garden accessed via five steps. Note: Limited mobile signal. Note - this property is on a working farm, please expect to see animals and wildlife. Please note: this property will be fully pet-free from 27 August 2021 but will honour existing bookings with dogs until then. Please note: There is no charging on electrical vehicles at this property-charging points available locally.

Exceptional place and the perfect week.. We will definitely be looking to book again. There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived and plenty of room for our two dogs, pregnant wife and me. The garden is enclosed to allow our dogs to play in the garden, whilst we enjoyed the hot tub. Its in the perfect location with many places with not a long drive and we visited Tenby and Pembry Country Park. Bombay Spice in St Clears does an amazing Indian takeaway and Florentinos in Carmarthen is a must visit with its Italian food

Cottage had everything you needed.. Clean and comfortable and the hot tub and outside seating area was wonderful. Owners were great and there on hand if you needed anything. The location is beautiful. We loved Tenby and Saundersfoot, both within half an hours drive of the cottage. Excellent stay thank you

It's a lovely cottage it has everything you need wether it's summer or winter.. I stayed in Feb 2020 with my dog plenty of dog walking places near + dig friendly places to eat + drink. The icing on the cake was the hot tub which I used every evening to unwind then back inside to a lovely log fire

Lovely cosy cottage with all the facilities you need.. Hot tub was great although could have been a bit more private as it is behind a fairly low fence next to where cars are parked and people come and go. A higher fence would be great and would also shield you from the wind. Good central location. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved this cottage for new year, was so peaceful and very relaxing, the farm is lovely views and surroundings, we went to Tenby beach which was only 20 min drive which was beautiful, lovely hamper left with wine by the owners and was happy to help with anything..

Holiday Cottage was a lovely place to stay, enjoyed the hot tub every evening.. And there were plenty of places to visit with the family. We loved Tenby and the dog friendly activity park. The only small issue was that everywhere we visited was at least a 30 min drive.
