Holiday Rental Description

Just minutes from the shores of Mustang Island, this classic southern retreat is bright, full of personality, and an easy place to unwind. The sleeping arrangements suit groups or families travelling with children, with king suites alongside a den and bunk room. Outside, there’s something for everyone – from morning coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch to pool days and barbecue evenings that end around the community fire pit. You’ll also have access to the resort’s amenities, including multiple pools and a fitness centre. If you’d rather keep things simple, the beach is close by for long walks along the shoreline and easy days by the water.

Home truths:
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper products and toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*Children under two do not count toward the maximum occupancy, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
*There’s free parking for up to three cars on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
*There may be occasional construction in the area between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and sometimes on Sundays.
*You'll have access to the resort's amenities here, including pools and a fitness centre. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*The den with two single beds is located up a small staircase and sits above the queen bedroom.
