Private pool, resort amenities, and easy access to the beach – this home has it all. It's part of a bustling coastal community in Port Aransas, so you'll have a bevy of communal facilities at your fingertips – from pickleball courts and a fitness centre to on-site restaurants and live entertainment. When you're not taking advantage, enjoy some downtime back home. It's been designed with families in mind. There's a studio with bunk beds for little ones, plus a large living space where everyone can come together. Outside is a plunge pool and a patio for barbecues – ideal for a dip if the resort pools aren't your thing.

Home truths:
*The fourth bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. The fifth bedroom is a studio space designed for children. It has a sofa, TV, and two sets of normal bunk beds.
*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests. You'll also have access to a neighbouring resort, a 1.5-mile drive away.
*The smart TV has a live TV feature, but no cable.
*Please note that there is construction taking place directly next to this home, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Expect to hear some noise during your stay.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
