Holiday Rental Description

Charming, cosy, and comfortable, this home makes an excellent first impression. It was designed with big groups in mind – picture movie nights in the lounge, family dinners around the table, and evening sundowners on the screened-in porch. There's no shortage of ways for kids to entertain themselves here, either. The landing has been transformed into a hideaway with bunk beds where they can chill out away from grown-ups. Four bicycles are also available to cruise around the neighbourhood. Topping it all off is access to the resort amenities, including communal pools, a lazy river, and a beach club.

Home truths:
*The bunk beds are in the hallway landing, so the space is open and lacks privacy. They're only suitable for children.
*Included with your stay are ten wristbands, which give you access to the neighbourhood's pools, amenities, and beach club. These areas are shared with other guests.
*Parking is available for two cars. Your host also provides four beach cruiser bicycles so you can get around the resort without a car. A complimentary trolley service is also available.
*You'll need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
*The lead guest must be at least 26 years old.
