Whether you’re strolling by the sea, relaxing by the resort pool, or enjoying an evening around the outdoor fireplace, this home is all about taking it easy. It’s part of a coastal community on Florida’s Emerald Coast, where you’ll find miles of pristine white sand and calm turquoise waters. It’s no surprise that the beaches here are considered some of the best in the state. And the house is just as nice as the location – bright, comfortable, and surrounded by lush woodland. We particularly love the screened porch, where you can hang out over dinner and drinks in every season.

*Your host provides ten wristbands which give you access to the community swimming pools and beach club. These amenities are shared with the resort's other residents.
*Your host also provides four beach cruiser bicycles and a six-seater golf cart for getting around.
*A complimentary trolley service is available here which offers on-demand rides to anywhere in the resort – this is accessed via a mobile app.
*Free private parking is available for up to two cars and you'll also be provided with one parking pass for use in the common parking areas.
