Located in Watercolour, it’s just a short golf cart ride or cycle ride away to the communal facilities – including the swimming pools and the beach club. Back at home, there’s a private heated pool for relaxing swims and an outdoor kitchen with a grill. The rooms are immaculate as well as family friendly with a third floor games room and a bunk room for kids. Other highlights include the tower room with a bar and incredible views, as well as the main bedroom with a spa inspired bathroom.

*Your stay includes fourteen wristbands to access the community swimming pools, beach club and trolley service.
*A six-seater golf cart is included along with five beach cruiser bicycles.
*The bunk bed in the sixth bedroom is formed of two single beds over a king-size bed.
*Your host provides a complimentary starter pack of basic kitchen and bathroom essentials, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*You will need to bring your own beach towels.
*Parking is available for up to three cars. The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a car overnight in the common area parking pads.
