This home on Florida’s Emerald Coast is in a superb spot for exploring some of the state’s best beaches. It’s a short walk (or even shorter bike ride) from the scenic shoreline, where you’ll find pristine white sand and clear, calm waters. Back at the house, there’s ample room to relax – swimming in the sunny pool, enjoying a backyard barbecue, or sharing a drink on the screened porch. There’s a separate guest house here too, offering extra space and privacy for bigger groups. And you’ll also have access to some great resort amenities during your stay, including the beach club and communal pools.

*The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has five bedrooms, and a separate carriage house which has a small living area, kitchen, and one bedroom. The two houses are connected by an external covered walkway.
*One of the bunk beds here has a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top.
*Your host provides sixteen wristbands which give you access to the community swimming pools and beach club. These amenities are shared with the resort's other residents.
*Your host also provides six bicycles and a six-seater golf cart for getting around.
*This home has a Ring doorbell and external security cameras.
*A complimentary trolley service is available here which offers on-demand rides to anywhere in the resort – this is accessed via a mobile app.
*Free private parking is available for up to three cars and you'll also be provided with one parking pass for use in the common parking areas.
