*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*The private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. A maximum of one boat is allowed per dock. Just note that there is no power or pump-out service to the slips.
*We suggest hiring a car in this location. Parking is available on the driveway for up to four cars and one boat trailer.
*Please note that access to this home is via stairs, as it's elevated above sea level.
