This waterfront house is in a great spot, tucked away in a gated community, less than a mile from popular Key West. Perfect for families or groups, the home centres around the open-plan living area, which makes entertaining a breeze. Outside you’ve got a private pool to enjoy, a terrace for alfresco dining, and a private dock if you’re bringing the boat. While it’s a plus that all the bedrooms are en-suite, it’s worth noting that at full capacity, when two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living area, they’ll only be able to access a shower through one of the bedrooms. There is a separate toilet though, so this needn’t be a deal-breaker.
