*The retreat comprises four apartments – two with one bedroom, one with three bedrooms and one with two.
*Your host provides a starter supply of kitchen essentials and laundry pods, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. The nearest supermarket for stocking up is a seventeen-minute walk away.
*The owner's boat is parked at the dock, which they can access via side entrance. While guests are able to anchor their own boats at the dock, use of the the owner's boat is not permitted.
*There's on-site parking for up to ten vehicles.
