For extended families and large groups of friends, these two waterfront homes make a great base for exploring Fort Lauderdale. Located in an upscale, residential neighbourhood, each property houses multiple suites and every one has its own entrance, living room, and kitchen. The homes sit on the waterfront with a private dock, which makes exploring the local waterways by kayak or charter a breeze. Alternatively, you can watch boats pass by from the communal outdoor dining areas or soak up the sunshine from one of the two swimming pools. If you can bring yourself to leave, Fort Lauderdale Beach is only a ten minute drive away.

*If you are travelling with children then the maximum occupancy across the residences is twenty-six adults and eight children under 13 years old.

*The two swimming pools here are unfenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.

*Beach gear is provided and includes beach chairs, a cooler and beach cart.

*A starter kit is provided of coffee pods, salt, pepper, oil, big bags and laundry pods. The host offers a provisioning service if you would like additional items.

*It is worth hiring a car to explore the area. Cars should be parked in the garage, carport or designated spots in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
