Cosy, comfortable, and super central – this home in Breckenridge gets full marks from us. The location is unbeatable. Historic Main Street is just a block away, where shops, restaurants, and bars await. Keen to ski? The base of Peak 9 is less than a mile away, too. Mountain views beckon from the private deck – the perfect backdrop to a morning coffee or a few beers. The living space is a bit more practical, but it has all you need, while the bunk bed layout in the two bedrooms will suit families. There's also a shared hot tub here – just what's needed after a day on the slopes.

Home truths:
*The second bedroom has two regular bunk beds, a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top, and a pull-out trundle. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen beds, and another pull-out trundle. These rooms are probably best suited to children or adults who don't mind sharing.
*The hot tub and barbecue are shared with other guests.
*There are two parking spaces in the garage. An EV charger is also available.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
