Holiday Rental Description

This retreat in Running Springs is the ultimate mountain escape. Sitting at an elevation of over 6,000 feet, you’ll get star-filled skies, a hot tub for soaking after hikes, and outdoor decks with wide-open views. You might even spot some local wildlife. Inside, there's a game room with ping pong and foosball, a loft for yoga and meditative moments, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights. At full capacity, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the game room, but there’s still plenty of space thanks to the separate main living area. You'll need a car, but with restaurants close by and Snow Valley for skiing, there's plenty to make it worthwhile.

Home truths:
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car. There’s free parking for two cars on the driveway with a weight capacity of 10,000 lbs. From October to April, tire chains and a 4x4 or All-Wheel Drive are required. Snow shovels are provided.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair and baby gates for free. Please request them in advance.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the games room. It can get chilly, but there are extra blankets to keep warm.
*Construction work is ongoing next door. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay between 8am and 5pm.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the levels of the home, so it might not suit those with reduced mobility.
*Adverse weather and occasional power outages can happen here. We recommend taking out travel insurance in case.
*For safety, please avoid the steep slope and shed at the bottom of the home.
