Holiday Rental Description

You'll find classic Palm Springs-style in abundance at this iconic 1965 Alexander home in Oasis Del Sol. The backyard is the main draw. Swim in the pool, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the spa at sunset in front of mountain views. Inside, the decor won't blow you away, but it's spacious, with two living rooms and two dining areas. At full capacity, two guests will share the Murphy bed in the office, and you’ll be sharing three bathrooms – easy enough for a group or family. You can walk to a few local spots, but it’s worth hiring a car to reach downtown Palm Springs, Palm Canyon Drive, or some of the famous hiking trails nearby.

*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*There’s free parking for up to five cars in designated parking spaces.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the Murphy bed in the office.
*No music is allowed outside, due to local regulations.
*This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.
