Holiday Rental Description

This home is tucked in a quiet neighbourhood of trendy Palm Springs, just a short drive from the downtown area and within easy reach of desert attractions like the Aerial Tramway and Joshua Tree National Park. But that's if you make it out the front door – you might be content to spend all day relaxing at home. Unwind in the chic garden, either in the swimming pool, hot tub, or hammock, or challenge friends or family to a game of cornhole or bocce. You'll have a great view of the San Jacinto mountains as you rustle up food on the barbecue, and when the sun has set, gather around the fire pit for an evening to remember.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The lead guest at this home must be at least 25 years old.
*Outdoor music isn't permitted at this home.
*This home is in the flight path of Palm Springs International Airport, so you may hear some aeroplane noise.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. In total, parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles – the garage fits one large truck/van or two medium cars.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide up to two highchairs and two cots for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Please note that the swimming pool is unfenced, so children should be supervised at all times.
