The piece de resistance is the rooftop terrace where you can spot the Hollywood sign in the distance.

*This home is split over two levels and there are stairs between the outdoor terraces. It may not suit those with limited mobility.
*A gardening service takes place every Thursday.
*Your host can provide a high chair for infants on request.
*Quiet hours are in effect between 10pm and 8am and gatherings of more than eight people are not permitted outside after 9.30pm.
*In LA having a car is nearly always recommended. There is private parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
