This home in the famous 90210 area is perfect for those with a keen sense of fun. Across the flat 11,000sqft plot, not only is there a small putting green running along the side of the property but there's a mini basketball court, too. Out on the covered terrace, there's a barbecue and alfresco dining setup for summer feasts that stretch on for hours, while a little further across the lawn surrounded by rose bushes and fruit trees, there's another bandstand seating area for after-dinner nightcaps and admiring the impressive canyon views. The interior is quietly impressive, too — our favourite room has to be the dark and sultry bar with its unique monkey lamp. Though there's plenty to do at the address, the local neighbourhood throws up plenty of options, too. It's possible to walk to Franklin Canyon Park and its collection of hiking trails in five minutes, while TCL Chinese Palace only takes seventeen minutes to reach in the car.
