The location and character of the apartment meet our expectations. On the other hand, the wellness was partially out of order. The elevator breakdown (in addition) makes us question the maintenance of the common facilities.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen lacks a bit of storage but is well equipped. Magnificent view of the Matterhorn from the duplex and sunny balcony. A pity that it is separated by a single door from the adjacent apartment. Noise from neighbors can be disturbing. The spa is nice. Practical ski room on the ground floor. A bit out of the way and close to a minimarket, bakery and pub and various restaurants. Memory foam bedding.

Very well located and beautiful apartment with great facilities. We were in Zermatt from Thursday to Sunday and unfortunately the sauna (also after asking Interhome) could not be used on Saturday. This is not possible for a 5* apartment, so there is a * deduction ;-) Furthermore, Tempur mattresses are quite courageous for a rented apartment in my opinion, we prefer and sleep better on "normal" mattresses. Overall it was a great stay!

We felt very comfortable. Spacious rooms, large living room. Kitchen perfectly equipped. Everything like in a hotel, just a lot more space.
