This is our second time here and we find the apartment very practical and well furnished. It's a bit out of the way but the bus connection is great.

The fact that you have to pick up and return the key in car-free Zermatt 1.2 km away is bad service - especially since there was nothing about it in the property description. Just one roll of toilet paper is unreasonable for the price. The apartment itself is ok, the fold out sofa is better than many.
