Nice views and location was close to town and lifts. However, the accommodation lacked the basics like hand/shower soap. The rental agency was also not flexible on me changing dates prior to the “said” 30 day window.

The apartment was the right size for my mother. Unfortunately, she had to take a cold shower for 10 days because the heating was being renovated and nobody informed her. The Interhome office in Zermatt didn't know anything about it either. I accompanied her to Zermatt and found that the apartment was so-so. The balcony railings and chairs were dirty, and the bed sheet had already been used once.

Studio very well located: 5 minutes walk from the train station and the city center Very calm. Well equipped studio: kettle, coffee maker, toaster. It lacks a microwave. Pleasant balcony with beautiful unobstructed view of the Matterhorn.

Very good location, 150 meters to free bus that went to station or glacier area lifts, close to grocery store. Good balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Simple and functional accommodation at a reasonable price.

All in all very good. The accommodation offers everything that is needed for a successful stay, the communication in advance was uncomplicated and pleasant, from the spacious balcony you have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, the nearest shop is relatively close. Overall, really recommended; I would consider the accommodation again for my next stay in Zermatt.

Die Lage ist super, die Einrichtung ist total alt und in schlechten Zustand. Es müffelt im ganzen Zimmer und alles ist am Ende des Lebenszyklus. Sauber kann es gar nicht sein, aber es war relativ günstig.

Quiet and well placed apartment. Near the start of Sunnega. Unfortunately this one deserves a major cleaning (dirty dishes, dirty cupboards, disgusting sofa (we really don't want to sit on it). In addition, the cupboards should be emptied of all these useless things and a micro- wave rather than 4 Italian coffee makers (among other things!) It would also be necessary to review all the layout of the furniture to make the best use of what could be a jewel but which is only an alignment of cupboards and shelves placed quickly and without reflection, for example the built-in lamps of the beds cannot even be plugged in!

Residence A, fourth floor, was a very uninviting house: folding beds, a sofa, a chest of drawers, dining table and chairs and nothing else in the living room. Along the wall white cupboards and open shelves with nothing in/on them. On arrival the room was very dusty, especially the cowhide on the floor. We also had to wash all the dishes and cutlery because it was very dirty. We find the cleaning costs high (31.60 CHF pp) compared to how we found the house.

Very good location of the apartment. Unfortunately, the equipment is at the absolute minimum! No grater, fonducaquelon, etc. Coffee machine, the water tank runs (not descaled for a long time) Only lukewarm coffee. Toilet wall water tank runs when flushed. A gentle renovation wouldn't hurt. No further recommendation at the moment

The apartment is very easily accessible; no stairs to get into the building, in the building an elevator. Beautiful view from the room of the village and the Matterhorn. Dining table in front of the window is very pleasant. Wide balcony. Decor somewhat dated with electric hobs, but everything functions.
