A great base for a week of enjoyment in the Zermatt area. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The furniture is a bit dated, but not bad. All the basics are included, and the kitchenware is well-stocked. The train station, restaurants, and supermarket are within walking distance, and the apartment also offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other activities.

Charming comfortable apartment, on the top floor so quiet, with elevator so easy to access, very well equipped and well located in the village. Just a downside on the pillows (bedding) very soft for our taste (opinion shared by the 5 occupants). Otherwise everything else was perfect!

The kitchen was very good because it was new. The other furniture is a bit old and the way it is put together gives the impression that it has come from several house clearances. The bathtub is so blunt that you can't slip when you shower. Some of the bed linen was full of holes and the towels have been through a lot. My opinion is just an incentive to improve, not a complaint.

Unfortunately there were some flaws: 1. Kettle was leaking 2. TV had no signal (decoder with dish). 3. Refrigerator door is loose.

We liked it as always. It was just very cold in the apartment, there wasn't enough heating. Next time very happy to come back to this apartment, we'll come in the summer. Hope we can go back to this apartment although unfortunately we have made some damage. Hope the owner isn't mad at us for that. Kind regards JS

Very nice stay in Taesch, the apartment is well located and well equipped. The only problem is perhaps the bathroom part which is a bit cramped. The good news is that we were able to park our car in the building's underground car park.

The apartment is very suitable for a maximum of 5 people. Quiet and centrally located. About 8 minutes walk to the shuttle. Well equipped with a large living and dining area. The apartment should be a little better heated (winter). Although there is a garage, Interhome (incomprehensibly) does not offer it. Ditto mailbox

Cozy attic apartment with good facilities, in particular lots of crockery and towels. Very nicely located in the center of Täsch. With the existing dishwasher and full kitchen equipment, even cooking is a lot of fun here. Unfortunately no internet access. Apartment relatively cool.

Our second summer family walking trip in Zermatt. Last year camping in Randa this year Haus Pollux . After a long days walking in the mountains it was luxurious to come back to a hot shower and comfortable beds. The flat is well equipped and 5 minutes walk to Tasch station.15 minutes train up to Zermatt. A supermarket 3 minutes from the flat too.The check in and check out was very easy and the Interhome team super efficient.We would definitely rebook this flat again.

Nice apartment, everything present.Voldoende kitchen equipment. Some things dated (holes in chairs armrests, patio chairs armrests broken, carpet has seen better days. The new owners have already made changes (new windows, kitchen modernized). Hopefully this will continue in the future. We can compare seen this is already the 4th time that we rent this apartment (1987 until now). Maintenance is no longer as good as it used to be when the concierge still performed it himself.

The Pollux apartment is really great in terms of value for money. We have been there for the second year. What I complain about is that the knives and scissors are dull, there are hardly any breakfast bowls, the table practically falls apart. Also that when the water is hot, the water is yellow and the lift sometimes does not stop at ground level. Everything else is appropriate. thank you very much
