The apartments are still very new and modern. The facility with playground and gaming room also offers families with children many options. We felt very comfortable. Only the mattresses are very hard in our opinion. A worthwhile addition would be a fireplace on the site.

Apartment 323 in house 3 is dark even when the sun is shining. The reason in front of the living room to the train is a chestnut. Due to the density of the foliage, it is so dark in the living room, even when the sun is shining, that it feels uncomfortable to stay there. The apartment itself is spartan, the bench in the kitchen is an impertinence. The beds are hard as a board! lots of dogs! Conclusion, never again an apartment in Haus3!!!!! I can only warn you!!

The location is perfect, the village of Meiringen is very pleasant and the lift is close and easily accessible. The apartment is modern and the staff is friendly. The only thing is that they didn't believe us when we reported that the door to our building didn't open properly.

The apartment was Sharlok Holm was nice and big, so everything was OK. Beds are unfortunately a real disaster, much too hard. Rarely had such a backache in the morning.

Very well my son finds that the playground lacks swings and slides!! For cool parents because we see our children through the window they can play in peace because cars are prohibited in front of buildings and playgrounds. (Except for unloaded or loaded during our stay)

Apartment and complex super front desk moderately professional. Ztvery young (inexperienced?) behavior, both when borrowing from an additional stewi and when enforcing the rules in the gaming room. Even when extending the guest card, everything was unnecessarily complicated for us customers. Restaurant service SUPER! We only hope that the employee will get the minimum amount of free time and rest. We felt that she worked non-stop for two weeks and was always present from 8am-9pm.

Our apartment was in house ONE, which we found to be very good. The living room was separated from the kitchen and dining room, which was also very advantageous. Our 4 children all had a "bedroom". The bathroom layout with separate shower and toilet is very comfortable!

When booking I was told that I could show the Migros Cumulus card upon arrival & when I checked in at reception they said it was too late. (although they wrote down my card number). Clear information would be needed if cumulus points can be collected. Thank you, it is a very nice holiday resort, clean and nicely furnished! Very good & nice service in the restaurant, lovingly cooked menus, especially well presented, also for small children & cool playroom! THANKS

We really enjoyed our stay at the SWISSPEAK Resorts Sherlock Holmes. The apartment is simply but functionally furnished. The kitchen utensils left a lot to be desired and the pillows were a bit hard, otherwise great. Shops and attractions/excursion destinations are within walking distance. The resort offers a playroom and a small playground for very young children. There is a gaming room for the bigger ones and a sauna for the adults.

The accommodation is a very good address for families with children. It's very well thought out. The sturdy furniture and the fact that there was no superfluous decoration are particularly helpful with children. We usually had to clear them away in other holiday apartments. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. The large amount of space is also very advantageous for children.

The apartments are very nice and big. All clean. Staff friendly and helpful. For us, the pillows were much too high and not comfortable (but that's a matter of taste.) A slightly larger playground, more play equipment, climbing tower, etc. would be desirable with sooo many children as guests. Apart from that everything is very nice across the board ☺️

Sparkling clean, well-equipped apartment, beautiful materials, pleasant shower, ideally located, quiet. Little things were missing like a pillow on the hard wooden bench, reading light in the living room, a dish brush, a second cloth. The beds are too hard for light people. No cars should be parked in front of the house entrance, not even for a short time (playing children).

The location, the structure, the welcome and the services were all perfect. One downside, the concierges waiting behind the door at 8:30 a.m. is a bit stressful. But otherwise nothing else, it was great and we will be back.

The space and facilities are really great. Modern and functional, yet cozy. Kitchen is well equipped. The common areas like the kids room and the gaming room were also good. The service was all the more amazing. Limited toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs and especially no soap at Corona peak time (must be bought separately at reception) is very questionable. Check-in time is also very late, check-out very early.

Check-in was tedious, had to enter all our data again despite reservation. Very friendly service in the bistro/bar. Good breakfast, lunch/dinner, too much choice of cold dishes and various hamburgers (except for vegetables, only cold side dishes). We chose the apartment because we could take our dog with us. Wouldn't come over Christmas though, the noise from the Meiringer "custom" was very annoying because it lasted all night and you were woken up again and again.
