The wooden blocks as nautical have very sharp edges. A 5-year-old child fell out of bed at night and has a bleeding scratch on his head.

Unfortunately, there weren't enough hooks, bars and shelves in the wet cells. Generally little parking space. Seat very nice but too few chairs and too small table. Far too many wine glasses for just a bowl and bad kitchen knives. Indoor playground mega, outdoor children's playground should have more equipment. environment but very. 8.-13.6 equal 5 nights not 7

The apartment is beautiful, very modern and equipped with everything you need. A little hand soap in the bathroom would be nice. The apartment is also very well insulated. We loved the direct access from the underground car park to the apartment. I think it's a shame that the playground for the children wasn't made bigger. Because it really had a lot of families. It was hot in the gaming room and the air was bad. Table football or billiards would be nice instead of just computer games.

Modern beautiful apartment with very comfortable beds. Everything was fine, except that you had to pay an extra charge for (more than two) toilet rolls and soaps. The problem is not the surcharge itself, but that you have to take care of these things.

Very nice apartment Small problems: - the bathtub has the taps at the very bottom, you have to put your foot in it to open the taps - the space to get into the bathtub is narrow and on the side where the bathtub is sloping, an elderly person can't get in there. - uncomfortable and squeaky sofa bed - the kitchen resonates a lot, meals are quite tiring - nice terrace but only a small table and 4 chairs for an apartment that accommodates up to 8 people.

Very neat, spacious apartment in a central location in Meiringen. Very dedicated and friendly staff. The issued guest card offers numerous discounts on mountain railways, etc. The permanent explanations and descriptions in English are annoying.

It's a shame that there is a table for 2 people on the balcony for 8 people, you could put a large table down for the price. Pans were broken, but the very friendly staff brought us new ones. Otherwise everything is great

Since we had sent you all the information before you arrived, it took far too long to hand over the keys! Why does the whole procedure have to be repeated? We will no longer do the check-in before arrival, since it was of no use anyway. Waiting time at the reception a good half to three quarters of an hour.

...for hikes of all kinds, swimming in the lake, boat trips, the Brienzer Rothorn railway experience... This is the second time we have been here with our children (4 - 12 years) in the summer. The possibilities of excursions in the area are very diverse. The apartment is modern, simple and functional. A few small things, such as the lack of storage space, could still be optimized. The playground and playground are a meeting place for young and old.

The apartment is well furnished, is also suitable with a wheelchair. It is light and spacious. We felt good. The location is ideal. The employees are friendly and helpful. Information about the department is available in the info channel. But not clear for us and sometimes had to be searched for with difficulty. A folder or information paper could make a lot of things easier. The waste concept is very cumbersome and will most likely not be implemented in this way.

Great condo with ample space and kitchen appliances/dishes. Bath and hand towels were also enough available for a week. Location in the middle of the village, we didn't need the car all week. It is a pity that the resort does not have its own collection point for glass and cardboard.

Had a wonderful (winter sports) holiday in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, not all facilities were ready and so we were unable to use them, which was a shame. Some things were still missing from the interior, but that probably still needs to be applied. The living room was unfortunately a bit dark. We are afraid that when everything is ready, the rent per apartment will also go up and that would be a shame and the price / quality will not benefit.

We had no WiFi connection at all, although we complained several times. In addition, the apartment contains sharp edges, which can be very dangerous for small children. Despite the 'soft opening', one might expect the apartment to be equipped with WiFi and a microwave. The price wasn't high, but I still wouldn't recommend this apartment.
