Grocery 500 m, shopping centre 1.1 km, bicycle rental 1.5 km, bus stop "Tuftbach" 50 m, railway station "Dorf" 1.1 km, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 1.4 km, sports centre 1.3 km, gondola lift 1.6 km, ski rental 1.3 km, ski bus stop 50 m, children's ski school 2.5 km, ice field 1.3 km, children's playground 1.3 km. The chalet is very nice and clean as new. The balcony has a stunning view. Everything is available in the chalet and more than what is required There is a stream at the chalet that you can see from the balcony and hear the murmur of water while you are enjoying drinking a cup of coffee

Chalet Tuffstein was a lovely place to use as a base for enjoying the views and hiking of Grindelwald. The Chalet was clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed for cooking. We had two couples in it and it gave each couple a bit of privacy as the bedrooms are spread apart. We struggled a little using the laundry as we could not find the required electrical key/plug. Would happily use it again. Interhome was also very accomodating in rescheduling over two years due to Covid.

This chalet is really well located, being only a 6/7 minute walk downhill to Grindelwald Terminal. We really liked the chalet - it is spacious, well kept and spotlessly clean. Interhome were really helpful during the booking process and the stay. The only slight downside was that the residents on the floor below had their radio playing and you could easily hear it on the balcony.

Quiet attic apartment with spacious living room and dining room, great balcony and large master bathroom, lots of stairs. Fully equipped including Nespresso machine. The two children's rooms are "far" away from the parents' room (unsuitable with small children). The small room is very narrow and without a closet/table, bed 1.90 m long. Ski room small and dingy, in the basement. Local bus just a few meters away. Narrow but covered parking lot.

Very nice apartment, which has practically everything. Perfect view, enough space, all the crockery (except chinoise pan/forks), clean, bright. Only the TV is a bit small, but it was enough. The village can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Comfortable beds, not too hard or soft. Since many bustards are not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

We recommend this apartment. Everything is there to spend a nice stay in the mountains. Superb view from the living room and the terrace, open fire, large bathtub. The equipment is really complete (including raclette and fondue sets). The size of the apartment is perfect for 4 adults and a child and the 2 bathrooms allow a minimum of independence. We will return.

In this holiday accommodation we enjoyed a spontaneous, long weekend to our complete satisfaction! The location is ideal, as the bus station is nearby and the center is also easily accessible on foot. The only criticism: there is only one parking space available!
