Beautiful chalet. Everything was perfect, except for the fact that there was no hot water for three days. With eight people and no water after hiking, that's not great. The chalet was closed for the day, so I had to call the Interhome emergency number. I called two days in a row, and nothing happened. I had to arrange for a sanitary person myself. I filed a complaint with the chalet afterward, but they didn't seem to understand. I didn't receive a refund, even though one was promised. It's a real shame, especially in such an expensive chalet.
